I. Review lesson plan-Teaching Behavior and Social Skills
Share with staff on LSW 12-1-10:
Marlene suggested that we model it with all students.
Greg will create a how-to video at lunchtime.
Beth P. will create a poster listing of procedural steps to be posted in each bathroom and classroom.
Bathroom chart to reward accomplishments? Ask the staff for input on how to implement this idea. This seems difficult to accomplish.
We will revise and hone this lesson on Friday’s workshop.
II. School wide positive Reinforcement Plan
We will share this during the LSW on 12-1 along with sharing the bathroom lesson plan.
III. Leadership Team Checklist
Review again on Friday or on the RTI meetings next week to decide if there any other changes.
